Return Policy


We have 30 day Return Policy. You can return your item withing 30 Days after the receiving it and request a refund.

Your item must still be in the same condition it was when you received it. It must not have been worn or used, have all of its tags attached, and be in the same packaging as when you received it. In order to be eligible for a return. You need to attach purchase confirmation or receipt to request a return.

Items that are excluded or not returnable


 Certain product categories, such as individualized or made-to-order items, are not returnable. Products that are intimate or sanitary, dangerous goods, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

It is important to note that orders placed with the incorrect product type or size will not be accepted for return.

Lost, stolen, or damaged goods are not the liability of EmessaPetStore. We might be able to help you and your local post office come up with a solution, or, depending on the situation, we might give you a refund or a replacement.

Please carefully review your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is defective, harmed, or if you received the incorrect one, kindly contact us at [email protected] within seven days of delivery s so that we may look into the situation and make things right.

 

Refunds for missed or behind-time shipments

Due to COVID and shipping issues, some shipments could take up to 4-6 weeks. If the delivery period exceeds our predicted delivery window of six weeks without a status update, we can deem the package lost and give a full refund.

 

Cancellations & Exchanges

 

You are eligible for order cancellations only within an hour of purchase. Given that the order has not yet been processed or shipped, that period of time can be extended to 24 hours. Please contact us at [email protected] to check your case. An order that has already been processed or shipped unfortunately cannot be canceled.

You can apply for an exchange by requesting a return of your purchased product, then making a new order after your request has been approved.

 

Refunds

 

After the receipt and examination of your return you will be notified per E-Mail if the refund was accepted. If your original method of payment is accepted, you will receive a refund immediately please note that processing and depositing the refund may require additional time from your bank or credit card company.
